Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, unlike many other print businesses, Bee You Designs has no minimum order quantity, so you can order from just one item to large bulk orders.
Can I see a sample before placing my order?
Yes, if you’re unsure about sizing or design, we can provide samples before you place your full order to ensure everything is perfect.
What kind of garments can you print on?
We offer a wide range of custom apparel, including T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, hi-vis jackets, vests, sports shirts, and more. We also provide custom accessories like tote bags, water bottles, and lanyards.
Do you provide custom logo design services?
Yes, our talented design team can help create or refresh your logo. We’ll work with you to bring your vision to life and then print your logo on your chosen garments.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size of the order. Larger or more complex orders may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we provide hand delivery within a 20-mile radius of our location in Devon. For other areas, we offer reliable UK-wide shipping.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, and the surrounding areas in Devon, as well as offering shipping across the UK.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery
What is your return or refund policy?
At Bee You Designs, all of our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, which means that returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of defective items or errors on our part. If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
As all orders are customised, we kindly ask that you carefully review all details on the invoice—such as sizes, quantities, design specifications, and other key information—before making payment. By paying the invoice, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, and you confirm that all the details provided are correct. Once payment has been made, we will proceed with production based on the approved information.
If an error is found in your order due to incorrect information provided at the time of payment, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement, so please ensure everything is accurate before confirming your order.

Can I customize the colour and size of my garments?
Yes, we offer a wide range of sizes from XSmall to 6XL and ladies sizes 8 to 32. You can also choose from a variety of colours to match your brand or team’s identity.
What types of files do you accept for custom designs?
We prefer high-resolution files in formats such as PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF for the best printing results. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Can I print different designs on the same order?
Yes, we’re flexible and allow you to print different designs on multiple items within the same order. Let us know what you need, and we’ll make it happen.
Do you print on both sides of garments?
Yes, we can print on the front, back, or sleeves of garments depending on your preference. Just let us know your design ideas!
Are there any design limitations?
Our advanced printing methods allow for intricate, detailed designs with multiple colours. However, if your design is particularly complex, we may suggest the best printing method to ensure the best result.

What promotional products do you offer?
In addition to apparel, we offer custom lanyards, water bottles, enamel pin badges, and rubber keyrings. Please note, however, that there are minimum order quantities for badges and keyrings.
